In the program you are going to choose, you will receive the following services:

Consultation in country of origin
Support in obtaining registration to study at a German university, registration for work-study.training or an employment contract with a German company
Advice and support in completing visa formalities
Housing advice and assistance in Germany
Advice and support for starting studies, training or employment

Our services are designed in 4 modules.

{{nom_du_candidat}}, as you have just chosen {{choisissez_votre_programme}}, I will tell you how we are going to accompany you as well as the service costs. I must let you know that the payment of these fees is made in installments after the completion of the first module. Let's discover the structure together.

Module 1

Module 1: Start of advice and support

General advice and guidance on the subject of academic and professional careers in Germany and their challenges,
Discussion of MacoopA eG service contract requirements and content.
Involve the various family interests behind the career plan
Signing of the service contract with MacoopA eG.

Fees: Free

Module 2: Beginning of academic or professional orientation

Examination of qualification certificates for academic or professional purpose.
Arrange a conditional admission to study at a German university or an apprenticeship or work contract at a German company.
Housing advice and support in Germany
Advice and support for opening a bank account in Germany
Starting a language course in the country of origin

Fees: 25% of the fees or 250.00 EUR

Module 3: Advice and support for obtaining a visa

Advice on completing the visa application.
Advice and support in collecting and submitting the necessary documents for the German representation abroad.
Advice and assistance for booking a plane ticket

Fees: 25% of the total fees, i.e. 250.00 EUR

Module 4: Advice and support for travel and integration

Advice on preparing for and carrying out the trip.
Reception at the airport and transfer to the place of residence.
Advice and support in the first formalities of settling in Germany.
Organize an advanced language course.
Support until graduation from higher education.

Fees: 50% of the total fees, i.e. 500.00 EUR

Termination of contract

The contract can be terminated by one of the parties, if the terms of this contract are not respected and the refund will take into account the services already consumed.

Conflict resolution

In the event of a dispute between the two parties, the latter will resort to the Systemic Consensus. If a compromise is not found, the two parties can agree on a mediator. If the mediator fails to resolve the conflict, both parties will submit the case to the court of the place of residence of the complaining party.

Data protection and transmission

The data transmitted is not shared with a third party. However, some data will be with the company that will welcome you or the university at which you are registered. In addition to this, if necessary, your data may be transmitted to the Embassy in order to facilitate the procedure for obtaining the visa.
