The ELP integrates Ethics, Sustainability, and the Economy for the Common Good (ECG) as a decision-making lens throughout every topic. Participants do not only learn what to do — but how to decide responsibly.

Program Format
6 Modules — 48 hours of intensive executive training. Delivered in hybrid mode (on-site + online) in English, French, or local language.
ECG Integration
Every topic integrates Ethics, Sustainability, and ECG as a decision-making lens. Each exercise asks: "What is the ethical impact?" and "What is the sustainability outcome?"
6-Module Curriculum
Covers Strategic Vision & Ethical Leadership, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Financial Strategy, Digital Banking, and Project Governance & Strategic Execution.
