This workshop provides participants with practical tools and frameworks to assess the effectiveness of governance systems within financial institutions. Participants will evaluate governance structures, accountability mechanisms, ethical practices, risk oversight, and institutional transparency to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for governance improvement and sustainable institutional development.
