Target Group
The program is designed for solo self-employed persons in Germany. To be eligible, participants must have at least 2 years in the market, a maximum of 1 full-time equivalent, and self-employment as main occupation.
Funding
The training cost is €1,800. Funding of up to 90% by KOMPASS is available, requiring an own contribution of only €180.
Workload
The program consists of 30 hours of training delivered in a hybrid format (Online + In-person). Each learning unit includes practical assignments, with flexible implementation to accommodate participants' schedules.

The program covers six comprehensive modules: Digitalization and Automation, Financial and Tax Competence, Marketing & Visibility, Project Management, Resilience and Crisis Management, and Business Normalization & Eligibility.
