This exercise provides participants with practical experience in identifying, analyzing, and mapping risks within financial institutions and organizational environments. Participants will apply risk assessment tools and frameworks to evaluate strategic, operational, financial, and sustainability risks while developing appropriate risk prioritization and mitigation approaches to strengthen institutional resilience and decision-making.
