Capstone Project Orientation

This lesson introduces participants to the Executive Capstone Project process, expectations, and strategic objectives. Participants will examine project selection approaches, problem identification methods, project structuring principles, and evaluation criteria while preparing to develop executive-level projects that integrate leadership, governance, finance, sustainability, and institutional transformation concepts covered throughout the program.
